Louisville Attic Ladder Power Arm Assembly Left Hand Hinge PR315500-LH
New original replacement left hand hinge, power arm assembly for Louisville attic ladders.
Does not include installation hardware.
Instructions mention using 2.5" lag bolts and to resuse the bolt and nut that connects the bottom of the hinge to the attic door.
Note: Springs and mounting hardware are not included in this kit.
