New replacement left and right hand power arm assembly hinges for Louisville attic ladders.
Full rebuild kit for damaged, bent or non-working Louisville attic ladder hinges.
Does not include installation hardware.
Instructions mention using 2.5" lag bolts and to resuse the bolt and nut that connects the bottom of the hinge to the attic door.
Note: Springs and mounting hardware are not included in this kit.
