Prime Design ELR-8713 LH Extended Slide Upper 36" G4 High Roof
New replacement white powder coated LH (streetside) 36 inch extended slide upper arm Gen4 for Prime Design ErgoRacks for High Roofs with Slide Rotation features. Fits on the rear slide rotation on the left hand side of the vehicle.
Extended Uppers are longer than standard to accommodate the wider base of 10 & 12 foot step ladders and other specialty ladders.
Ships in 2-3 weeks directly from Prime Design. Returns are not available for factory made-to-order items. Order cancellation is available within 5 days from date of order.

Does not fit on the low roofs with standard rotation features.
Does not include mounting hardware or Z-Post. Reuse existing hardware and Z-Post from the standard 30" upper slide arm.

The wide set feet on 10 foot and longer step ladders and certain other ladder types are simply too wide for both legs to be correctly supported on the rack. This means that one leg of the ladder will be hanging off the side and is likely resting on the driveshaft. Carrying a ladder in this manner will, over time, damage both the ladder and the ladder rack, shortening the lifespan of both products.
