    New standard rotation (drop down) upper assembly Gen 4 with End Caps. 

    ELR-7039 Upper Assembly is designed to repair or replace an existing Prime Design ladder rack Rotation Upper Assembly.

    Does not include driveshaft, clamp posts, crossbars or any other rack accessories. 

    Kit Includes:

    • (1) ELR-7039 Standard Rotation Upper Assembly w/ End caps

    Fits: Gen 4 and some current Prime Design Ladder Racks.

    *only comes with (1) Upper Bar that can fit either side.
